First of all, I have to say that we are blessed with some amazing neighbors! Frank and Janel are better neighbors and friends than I could have ever wished. Just a "quick chat" turns into hours of fun, and I wouldn't have it any other way! Janel threw Frank a great 40th birthday bash...aren't they just the most adorable family?!
